"The bread I make is steeped in tradition and uses 4 ingredients: flour, salt, water and yeast (in the form of a sourdough starter). It is slowly fermented for 48 hours and 40% whole grain. Bread made this way is rich in nutrition, has a lower glycemic index, and excellent for gut health. I am very passionate about bread baking and introducing others to naturally fermented bread."
